本週的進度執行狀況 本週最主要的成就是完成七星山訓練，但是雙腿好像有點緊繃，趁下週把筋拉開。 然後論文進度開始走了，但是時間分配仍然不理想。

本週的進度執行狀況 這禮拜到底幹了什麼啦＝＝好像最重要的兩件事情都和學業無關，我的慢跑訓練打14公里、開始準備登山配備，並且遇到了很兄弟的朋友，義氣相挺，一句話就約出來了！ 阿！我想起來本週最大的成就了！終於擺脫前指導教授了，說實話，他帶給我的人生負能量與陰影已經成為我生命中的一部分，我得試著去擁抱這一切，因為他是已經存在的事實了。

本週的進度執行狀況仍然有必要再更確實。 這禮拜最大的事件是我的愛人已經順利地畢業了～對我來說最開心的並不是他畢業，而是我能夠去參加他的畢業典禮，希望還能一直參加他生命中每個重要的時刻：）

實行的第二週：不知道在幹嘛。 這一週到底幹了什麼？天阿，我居然一點感覺也沒有，執行計畫，如果計畫不夠踏實，真的會讓我這種比較沒有自我目標的人，陷入莫名的頹廢。
